We have worked with the Blue Ion Outpost crew a good bit over the last year, designing labels for Sparkly Princess, Pedishaw, and Collision Stout We brewed a light beer with Pilsner and Wheat malts, sitting right around 3.3% ABV. We kettle-soured it and before fermentation, added hibiscus and pink sea salt, to give this beer a color to match its funky flavor.It’s salty, crisp and tart, and it’s ready for drinking
