While we don't recommend shaking this beer, it has the answer to at least 1 question... "Is this beer lush, tasty and full of fruit punch flavors?" The answer is clear - "YES" This is a hazy IPA brewed with coconut-forward Sabro and Citra hops that bring the Mandarin orange juicy notes and cryo Mosaic hops, which pops with ripe, berry aromas and flavors. All around this is a hazy, soft and lush IPA.

We took our Lizard King recipe, but brewed this batch with Cryo Mosaic hops instead of Mosaic hops. Cryo hops are hops that have been cryogenically frozen immediately after harvest in a nitrogen-rich environment. This process preserves the hop oils and aromatics resulting in a pure and true-to-hop expression of the hop oils.

We first brewed this beer, Pastrami on Rye, in 2011. It was released in 2012. Now, after many years, this beer is coming out of retirement in the best way possible - as an official collaboration with Chicago legends, Manny's! Unlike other versions of this beer, this time, we used their spice ratio for their pastrami in our beer! This beer drinks like a complex brown ale, with soft smokey notes, and subtle spice. You might be surprised - it's very drinkable.

This crisp and lively pale ale is refreshing AND juicy. Azacca hops bring full ripe papaya and star fruit flavors to these lacy, sunset hued suds. It's the kind of pale ale that's exciting, and reels you in, but is still able to walk off into the sunset. What we're trying to say is that it's a delicious "session" pale ale!
