This beer is a stunner! We soured a wit base beer and then added calamansi fruit. Still waters run deep, but this beer is lively. It's a reflection on thoughtful brewing, cellaring, blending and ingredient selection. If you're not familiar, calamansi, primarily cultivated in the Philippines, is a citrus fruit with refreshing pine, lime and tangerine flavors - something completely unique!
