	Scratch Brewing Co. - Edible Island Style: Sour ABV: 5.90% IBU: 5.0 Brewed with our friends at Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company. Sour beer brewed without hops. Bittered and flavored with ingredients foraged from an island in a small lake in Southern Illinois. Aged for a year in red wine barrels with wild yeast and bacteria.
