Southern Prohibition Brewing - Altered Beast IPA
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.10%

Altered Beast is our newest year-round IPA. This brew utilizes a mixture of lactose, oats, wheat, and barley to create a full and smooth base for this soft and juicy IPA. We use our hand picked Mosaic hops in the whirlpool to help create a soft yet fruity experience. We then dry hop heavily with a mixture of Mosaic, El Dorado, and Motueka for an intense hop forward aroma.

	Southern Prohibition Brewing - Belgian Tripel Style: Belgian Tripel ABV: 9.00% This straw colored beauty is a sneaky 9.0% ABV Belgian Tripel with a large rocky white head and lacing. Pilsner malt with a touch of rye layered with American Bravo hops make for a complex, secular experience of an old monastic staple.

	Southern Prohibition Brewing - Crowd Control Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 8.00% IBU: 60.0 Crowd Control is a dry-hopped Imperial IPA showcasing Mosaic hops. A solid malt backbone accompanied with a fruity and sticky hop overlay contain one another for a great balance of aroma and flavor.

Southern Prohibition Brewing - Devil's Harvest

Devil's Harvest is a golden, crushable IPA with a ghostly hue. A moderate dose of oats help cloud up the beer while grabbing some hop oils from the large dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. By only using whirlpool and dry hopping techniques, we have cut down on bitterness while raising the aroma in this small 4.9% ABV interpretation.

Devil's Harvest is a golden, crushable IPA with a ghostly hue. A moderate dose of oats help cloud up the beer while grabbing some hop oils from the large dry hop of Citra and Mosaic. By only using whirlpool and dry hopping techniques, we have cut down on bitterness while raising the aroma in this small 4.9% ABV interpretation.

Hex Clouds is a hazy, double wheat IPA. Wheat and yeast lay down the perfect mouthfeel for the Wai-Iti hops. It then recieves a heavy helping of Vic Secret, handpicked Citra, and Amarillo hops. Just to take this IIPA skyward we dosed it again with the Vic, Citra, and Amarillo. Please enjoy it fresh in our limited release Willi Becher glasses!

They love hops as much as we do, so yeah, we did an IPA. Oats layered between the base malts topped off with a helping of Mosaic powder, then double dry-hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Denali.

	Southern Prohibition Brewing - Mississippi Fire Ant Imperial Red Style: Red Ale ABV: 8.00% IBU: 80.0 Our first high gravity offering, this imperial red ale has a huge malt presence only to be out shined by its hop additions. Dark mahogany red with a nice fluffy head, the Fire Ant showcases roasted and toasted caramel notes layered between spicy, herbal and fruity hops.

Southern Prohibition Brewing - Paradise Lost

Deep golden and opaque, Paradise Lost is our hoppiest beer to date. Massive tropical fruit and pine aromas escape the top of the glass thanks to the dose of Lupulin powder and a heavy handed double dry-hop. Clinging to the flaked oats like a life preserver, hop oils remain in suspension creating full flavors of peach, mango, and pineapple.
