Luddite is our collaboration with the homies from Courtyard Brewing in NOLA. They love hops as much as we do, so yeah, we did an IPA. Oats layered between the base malts topped off with a helping of Mosaic powder, then double dry-hopped with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Denali.
